At Integrity Auto I had the best used car buying experience ever in my 50 plus years of buying cars. Being 73 years old I have bought 2 brand new cars, a 1968 Cuda, a 1971 Maverick, and too many used cars to count since 1973. Greg sold me his fathers 2009 Silverado 1500. What a beautiful truck. Being in the tire business the last 20 years of working, I know a lot about good customer service. I observed Greg on two different occasions and he knew his customers first names. The best quality in a salesperson is to associate faces with first names.nThat's the way I ran my business. Greg treated me like he knew me all my life. I drove 100 miles from Cortland, NY twice to buy this truck. Greg came into work for the first time in 5 days after having hernia surgery to show me the truck. I know he was in pain. Owner is involved every step of the way from scheduling to test driving, selling cars, fixing the cars, simple diagnostics, Ny State Inspections and cashing his customers out! Hes a great family guy and does believe by doing his customers right! Both my husband and I, as well as my in-laws, take all of our cars to him!

May 13, 2020nThis review is long overdue! I’m sitting at home, updating my cell phone. I came across Integrity Auto’s name & number from some ignition work I received 2 months ago. I distinctly recall calling Greg’s office staff and how positively well Chris’s phone etiquette affected me! After my subsequent appointment, I remember exclaiming all the following to my wife when I arrived home. From now on, we plan to continue going back for all our vehicle needs.nnI had heard numerous wonderful things about Integrity Auto and owners Greg and Marcy Frey from my sister who regards them highly. She urged me to try them out, especially after my Canandaigua Ford dealer failed me twice. So, I went to Integrity. Upon meeting Greg, I was impressed with both his keen knowledge and patience with me as I explained my trucks problems. I agreed to leave my vehicle, and Greg gave his word to do his best. Early the following morning, I received a call from Integrity outlining what exactly the ignition problem was, the cost to repair and how soon I could pick up. The best thing is, we know we’ve found a shop that’s truly fair AND honest. Our daughter has now begun taking her car to them for routine maintenance and is equally pleased. Purchasing a car in the city you live in can be daunting much less purchasing a high end car from over 1000 miles away! Paul is honest and did the best he could to calm my nerves during the whole process.
