I’ve been using these amazing accounts for over 20 years and still drive from CT to do so. They are professional and lovely people. It’s so much better than going to strangers every year. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately the quality of Family Business Tax Services really declined this year. This was fourth year I've used their services, but there were repeated mistakes made in my filing. One could have cost me a 50% penalty if I hadn't caught the error. Then additional mistakes were made when I had to file out of state taxes. We all make mistakes but it was the failure to handle the situation forthrightly and with respect to me as a client that was very disappointing.

These folks are great. But if you call out of tax season they are probably out of town and won't get back to you right away.
