Gorsky's Farm Market

A few weeks ago you put a post up about ham steaks, went out to the farm picked the last one out of the freezer. I cooked it up tonight. It was the best ham steak I ever had, thanks so much for putting food on our table.

I'm sure the food is great, but customer service needs work. I posted to their page asking for help placing an order on their website and got responses right away. Then I placed an order, and everything came to a screeching halt. Delivery day came and went with no delivery. I sent multiple messages with no response. Finally got a response saying their truck broke down and they'd be in touch. I waited a couple days for them to follow up, then gave up and requested a refund. Got a quick response to that, but never got a refund. Finally escalated to Paypal and got my money back. I love love love the idea of farm fresh food delivery and meal prep, so I'm bummed this didn't work out. If they can improve their infrastructure to provide better service, I'll be happy to try again.
