My husband & I were visiting Sturgis when he was falsely arrested on a DUI. We called this law firm less than 2 hours before my husband was to appear in court on a Sunday. When we arrived Matt was there waiting on us. He took the matter in hand and needless to say in a very short time we were headed back to Texas without it being a problem anymore. If You want someone who is definitely on your side and will go above and beyond in your case call Matt!!!

Attorney Matthew Kinney was absolutely phenomenal in handling my case. He and his staff are not only very knowledgeable about law, but they are courteous and kind. The best lawyer in South Dakota hands down! He teamed up with my boyfriends lawyer and they got our charges completely dropped. They came up with a in depth plan of what was wrong with the prosecutions case and went for it. He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Matt knows the laws so well and he works incredibly hard on your case. He spent countless hours writing an extremely long and detailed brief explaining every point of why my charges should be dropped. It was so eloquently written and well researched.
