What can I say but I love this store.. and it's the one place where good customer service actually matters!!

I shop Family Dollar because they have good prices. Once in a while you get a rude checker but most of your employees are nice. The one place that is bad are the rest rooms, they're never clean.

Nothing is where it should be, it's messy. There is always only one register open. And there is always only ONE person that knows stuff everyone else is just there to ask that one person how to do stuff. None of them can help you with their app either.
