Very nice customer servicenAnd really low prices
I had a prescription called in 2 days ago. I went to pick it up while on my way to work. This is after calling to make sure they had received it. I get there and after waiting on line, I’m told that the prescription hasn’t been processed, and to come back in a few hours. This is now the 3rd time this has happened. I’m going to start going to the cvs in the next town over just to save time. Horrible service
cvs is the best store I ever want to they sell heath care they are the best! The workers are doing the best they can!
Go to Monroe pharmacy 5 min from there if you can.
I’ve texts saying my prescription was ready, waited on line to be told it wasn’t. My main annoyance is, I go to pick up my order, they ask my date of birth and my name . Give them my last name, first name Sue, to which repeatedly the the cashier will say ,”SUSAN?” as load as she can. I finally had to say,” did I say Susan?” My name is and always has been Sue. I’m in the system as Sue. My prescriptions all say Sue. Why insist I don’t know what my name is? My husband used to laugh at me when I came home mad. Then I had surgery and he had to pick up a few things. By the third time they did it to him, he was just as annoyed.
