Ann Taylor Factory Store

The worst store I had ever visited. I had been racially discriminated yesterday while shopping at this store. There was a waiting line in front of the store. The store staff (a white woman) at the door would let people in whenever people came out of the store. However, the woman purposely made us wait for much longer than usual. We had seen 5~6 people coming out of the store while waiting, but she wouldn't let us in. I asked why and she said the store was limited to 20 customers at a time, while the store had only very few people (much less than 20 by estimation) at that time. She was very rude to us, although people in front of us were treated nicely.nnI had fond memories about other stores at Woodbury common. This store should be replaced or the staff/manager should be educated better on how to treat people equally.

Very nice store. Clean and bright with a very friendly staff.

They are having a tremendous sale, I’ve gotten 3 tops for under $30. The staff Is friendly and helpful, let’s keep money circulating during these trying times, and look good while doing it
