Worth my three hour drive! Customer service was friendly, welcoming and outgoing. We had a fun time at the register with the most amazing sales associate (I wished I had asked his name.). The sales associate on the floor was really nice and answered my questions about the clearance rack and timelines for winter themed shirts. Later in the day, I returned for a price adjustment, that she honored—even though it was placed on a discounted shelf by accident. We received waters and stickers too!nnAs the phone rang nonstop, I realized that many customers aren’t aware of the volume and frequency of phone orders that the Woodbury sales associates process daily. It’s impressive that they can manage both clienteles with patience, personality and professionalism.
