Scrubs & Beyond

The recent experience I had with this store was absolutely fabulous! Nermina and Angela were So helpful, kind and patient. I had to order some scrubs, and the process was easy as pie! They called me right when my scrubs were available and picking them up was no problem! They really accommodated me from beginning to end! They are very professional and were so helpful as I was in the store shopping! If I could give this store 10 stars I would! Thanks for my wonderful scrubs and good experience!

I love this store so much! It’s always a clean environment the staff is always amazing. Nothing but kind! Nermina especially has helped me countless times to find the perfect scrubs that fit me and make me comfortable. I always love to shop here as it’s always a welcoming environment!

Staff is friendly and helpful but the scrubs were so expensive and unaffordable. Mind blown to pay $140.00 for 2 sets. I would not recommend this store to anyone on a budget.

I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews, the store is pristine, workers are kind and helpful, and they have so many options. The only thing I didn't like was that they only carry one or two of petite sizes in each style. So if you need a few new pairs and you are short like me, you will probably need to get various styles. Overall, was a great experience!

This is for the online storenIf I could give the company policies a negative rating I would. I placed an order online, and it defaulted to an address where I no longer live. I emailed them immediately. I called customer service less than 2 hours after placing the order and they said they could not change the shipping address. I spoke with a supervisor who said as long as it had not left the warehouse, they should be able to adjust the address. I got an email 28 hours after placing the order stating it was ready for shipment, to the wrong address. Customer service said it is their policy not to change or cancel an order. Not much service there.
