I'm always treated like a close friend. Everyone from the sales team to the service department is super friendly, goes above and beyond to accommodate me and my wife when we need something. I bought my first X3 here for my wife and loved it and their professionalism so much I came back and bought myself an X5. Orange County BMW did such an impressive job in customer service, they raised the bar so high I could never be satisfied anywhere else.
Recently we went to this BMW dealer to inquire about leasing a BMW. Our sales person Jon was amazing. No pressure, explained everything, was patient, and extremely professional and friendly. You don't feel like a customer, more like a friend. When we signed/finalized the paperwork, we sat with Joe. Again, friendly, great personality, explained everything to us in detail. I am so happy we decided to go with this dealership. Highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience at this BMW location. Elliot Ortiz was the salesperson who assisted me. I highly recommend working with him. I been to many dealerships searching for a very specific BMW. Mr. Ortiz was very professional and cool dude to communicate with.
