Affordable Tire & Alignment

While traveling through the area my car experienced some suspension problems causing it to bounce around on rough roads. The Ford dealership sent me to Affordable Tire & Alignment. Eric did a great job both in diagnosing the problem and keeping me updated on the status. He had the vehicle back to us without any interruptions to our vacation. Excellent customer service, communication, and a great price. Very thankful for Eric and his team!

While traveling on vacation I experienced a brake problem on my travel trailer.nNot knowing any shops in the area, I stopped at an auto parts store and ask about a shop that might be able to help me. I was given Affordable Tire & Alignment’s phone number.nI called them and explained my problem. I was told to come by the shop and they would take a look.nWhen I arrived at the shop, I was immediately met and directed to a service bay where a technician started checking my trailer. Unfortunately the problem required parts that were not readily available but he was able to remove the damaged parts and make the trailer drivable so I could get home. He was VERY professional.nWhen the technician finished I went to the office to pay for the work done and was told there was no charge.nI couldn’t believe it. I didn’t think that kind of kindness and generosity still existed. I was grateful for their help and even though they didn’t charge me I gladly tipped the technician.nThese guys are the best!!

I purchased a vehicle from a dealer in a nearby community. After a short time it was apparent the car had alignment problems in addition to a vibration that occurred at highway speed.nThe dealer that the car was purchased through suggested the vehicle be checked out by an auto collision business in Sturgis however at that point this particular business strongly recommended the car be checked out by Affordable Tire.nEric at Affordable was excellent in diagnosing what the vehicle would need from the time it was first in his Shop. He pledged that it “would not leave his shop unless all problems were taken care of”. This was exactly what took place, the vehicle was completely repaired and no longer had the vibration but also no longer had a pull to the right, in all it wasn’t even the same car. Once repaired the vehicle went down the road straight and free of any other problems related to the alignment and drive line.nEric was top-shelf in follow-up and kept me informed at all times as to the status of parts arrival and eventual completion of the repair.nThe service was great and were it not for Affordable Tire being in between a thirty-eight mile commute I’d absolutely be calling on them again and will probably do so anyway, stellar service and the feeling that these guys care about making sure your car goes away working exactly as it should.nThank you Eric!
