We went to camping world just to check what layouts we liked in campers. Ended up working with Tyler Long and having a awesome experience buying a new camper. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were taken care of. They went as far as having a camper brought from the buffalo store to Syracuse for us to look at! Now that is customer service. Very pleased with our purchase and made a new friend along way. I’ve been suggesting camping world to all my family and friends that are looking for new campers.

This is my first RV purchase and Kelly is amazing. She was very patient with me as she showed my wife and I at least a dozen RV's. She answered every question we had in detail, didn't pressure us into anything and made us feel very comfortable. We decided on a travel camper and Kelly came within our budget. After our purchase she gave me her business card with her cell number and told me to call her for any questions which I did. She answered her phone the few times I called her and was glad to help. I would recommend camping world and tell anyone to ask for Kelly.

Fantastic dealership, everyone was so nice and helpful! Our sales rep was Chris McKay and he was Phenomenal! Everyone from sales to finance were fun to work with and made us even more excited about our purchase ! Would recommend to anyone

We had a great experience at the Syracuse location. We started looking casually last fall and our sales associate Evan Lloyd took us through several RV’s! He was patient and extremely kind. We didn’t purchase anything at that time but then went back again this month (March 2021) and he showed us a few models that would interest us! We bought our new fifth wheel through him! Evan wasn’t pushing us to make a decision! We kidded with him that he was now our adopted son! Our incredible experience was from start to finish completely seamless! Everyone from customer service to the cleanliness of our new fifth wheel was just awesome!! We would go again to Camping World for a new purchase! Please consider asking for Evan or Kelly, both of them our top notch people and they truly do care!!
