Based on the name, I had no idea they serviced washers/dryers. When our commercial units were in need of repair I called the main service tech in the area out of Rapid City. No one ever called me back after several calls and no one showed up to do service after 4 weeks. Luckily someone told me about Owens. Tim did a great job and the price was very very fair. Both units are like new again. I even missed the first service call - felt so bad. But Tim was understanding and came back a few days later. Thanks so much Tim!
First time going there! They are amazing! Great attitudes, they make you feel welcome, the guy put on my windshield wiper for me! I will definitely be coming back!
Very helpful even at first when it may have cost him a sale. Didn't treat me bad when I said I needed help finding someplace else.

Stopped in the store today to get some oil for a cross country road trip. The gentleman behind the counter was so helpful, he even helped put the oil in the car! Okay, he totaly did it for us and it was awesome. He was a total life saver. Thank you so much!
