I can NOT stress this enough...do NOT pay these people until EVERYTHING is in order. I won an auction back toward the end of March. AFTER paying, was told that they don't have ALL the keys to the item I bought...but will get them in the next week or two..Jeff told me this. Here it is the middle of June, and Jeff has stopped answering my phone calls, won't call me back, and I even sent the company an email through their website, and NOTHING. As far as I'm concerned, I was ripped off.
