The technician Lucas is a class act. He has come to our rescue several times (previously at our old house and now our new house) and has been easy to correspond with, professional, reasonable and prompt. Hardworking, honest guy. I damaged my garage door around 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon backing out too quickly, before the door was fully up (oops). I posted a repair request and Samuel responded within 5 minutes, and arrived at 5:00pm to look at the door and see if he could at least get the door down to keep cold, critters and others out overnight. Samuel was very kind and professional, answered all of my questions and was able to get the garage door back on its tracks and closed very quickly witch alleviated a lot of anxiety on my part. We scheduled another appointment to come back out on Monday to replace the door. Replacement went well and overall the work done by Best Garage Door Services is something I recommend.
Thanks Lucas form Best Garage Door. They were fast in responding. I contacted them around 4 and Lucas was at my house by 5:30 PM. He did a great job replacing my garage door opener and explaining how everything worked. I highly recommend Best Garage Door if you need a new garage door or a repair.

Best garage door repair had our garage door repaired the same day we called and asked for appointment. Cables were rusty, so needed new ones. Terry was quick and gave us the best price. Easy 5 stars and more if I could.
