I was just looking at reviews in our area and I must say what I just read about Renew Hair Studio was so uncalled for ..Coming from a hairdresser myself I must say I have only ever heard the very highest respect for Brittney ,,an incredible hairdresser,always extremely upbeat ,fair and honest..From what I’m reading,it’s rather strange why anyone would wait so long in order to use any gift certificates from anywhere,let alone a couple of years ..I know myself,that I’ve had to eat some certificates because I’ve lost track and that would have been a year at the longest ,it would have been my own fault for not following up ,would never think it would be the establishment for not being able to honor after such an extremely long time ,it’s not reasonable at all .If I got a nice gift from someone,I would be definitely making arrangements to use it in due time,” NO MATTER WHAT “ where there’s a will there’s a way !! So from one hairdresser to another,It’s a shame to have someone write such a review about someone like Brittney ,that is so unreasonable..,It’s pretty obvious when you see all of the wonderful reviews that she exemplifies high respect..

The best salon! What makes it this way are the people who work here. Owner is a super friendly gal who knows how to cut, color, and style. She has worked her magic on my head for years and I would recommend her to everyone. The other stylists in the salon offer great hair-do's too! I have had some of them work on family members while I was getting mine made beautiful! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Obviously the people who have this place five stars are either the employees or close friends!! Owner Brittany would not accept an $80 gift certificate that I had because it was two years old!! First off someone paid that $80 weather it was a week ago, yesterday, two years ago or five years ago! The money was still paid it’s still $80!! Further more I live 40 mins from this place that’s why I haven’t been in to use it, I am a single mom who works three jobs I don’t have time to run all over town to do something for myself!! There is NO EXPIRATION DATE on this certificate!! The staff said it’s their policy to it honor gift certificates after a year but wouldn’t show me that policy!! When I called to schedule my appointment at first I was told they were all booked up today..sorry no appointments available. An hour later I get a call and suddenly they can accommodate me any time I needed!! When I got there only one person working and no one one else there! Not exactly a hopping place with “everyone booked!” Owner Brittany was very condescending and said she’d do me a favor and honor half of it because the person who bought me this certificate is a good friend of hers, AND SHE WOULD BE GOING TO HER TO TELL HER WHAT HAPPENED!! I told Brittany while she was telling on me to make sure she lets our friend know she just screwed her out of $80!! I received this gift certificate from a really awesome lady, who I think the world of, she bought me this certificate for helping her do a fundraiser for a young girl who has disabilities to get a wheelchair van. I did what I did because that’s who I am....I didn’t do it for a gift. So this means nothing to me. I don’t go out and do much for myself any way, I have kept this certificate in my purse for two years on the hopes I could find time to use it one day and treat myself. But that’s not going to happen, I refused the “generous” offer of half the worth of the certificate. I am sure Brittany will sleep just fine tonight knowing she took complete advantage of “her close friend.”

Beautiful salon, amazing staff and atmosphere. Brittany has been cutting and coloring my hair for 4 years and I will always recommend her. My hair is extremely long and she always knows exactly what to do with it! Excellent service!!

I have been going to Brittany since she opened. I absolutely look forward to my monthly visits. Competitive pricing, very skilled, and I always look my best when I leave. Highly reccomend!
