Went in to trade in my car to get something different my family and I was treated fine in the beginning but after the salesman went to give my info to the finance manager it was all down hill from there, they didn’t even give me the time of day. They only checked 1 maybe 2 financial institutions and sent me on my way.gave me the line oh we don’t want you to wait here for hours (even though I would have) I only found out because I was alerted through my credit monitoring app. I also a decent down payment. What I don’t get is when I read the other reviews their all reviews which were positive,so they must have paid for my positive reviews or I was just singled out. Very unprofessional.

Heinrich offers the highest quality vehicles, sales managers and service department. They will work with you to get the vehicle you want. By far the best Chevrolet dealership in Western New York. They treat you like family.

This is the 3rd truck I've purchased from Heinrich and I can say enough about the service. Quick to respond, fast service, great selection and just overall great to work with! My salesman was Zack and he was great. Ran into some last minute problems with my trade in and Zack took care of everything for me! Cant say enough! Great Service goes a long long way in my book! Love my new Silverado! Thanks Zack, Debbie and the entire Heinrich team!

Had the truck I wanted and got a good trade in and incentives provided helped me to purchase the truck. Friendly staff made delivery quick and easy. Hoping service is just as good.
