We purchased a bus from Lake Country Auctions and drove from Iowa to pick it up. Sal was so kind and caring from the first call of inquiry straight through the purchase. His knowledge and ability to explain how everything worked was impressive and there was absolutely no pressure. He even cared enough to call us on the way home to make sure all was fine. I highly recommend this business and would give it a 10 star rating if possible.
I bought a knuckle boom truck from Mr. Sal. He is very responsive, mechanically inclined, and is very knowledgeable and understands what he is selling. He made sure that I was in tune with operating the boom which was just an added bonus and something I appreciated very much. The whole experience from start to finish was seamless and I would highly recommend and looking forward to doing more business with him in the near future.
