Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

This was the worst experience with providing for your customer I have ever had. Switched to JH because of their 100$ switch promotion. After asking 2 times (at the beginning AND) after I paid I asked and was told I would be getting the card in the mail. Even made a comment that I was getting more from card then what I paid. Tax prepped even stated what a good deal it was. Recieved letter (stapled to a flyer...that was not even present when doing taxes) that said because I didn't spend 150$ I was inelegiable. I re called and confirmed who I spoke with who said I would be getting a card at appointment then called hq in lockport. Spoke with a man and after he called the tax preparer she stated she never told me I would ever recieve the gift card even though we had just gotten off the phone and she confirmed what we discussed at my appointment. Liars and terrible service. DONT GO HERE.
