breathe yoga & juice bar, college town

I was visiting from Detroit at U of R and staying at the Hilton, so I decided to give this place a visit while in town. I was very happy I did The studio is very large and very welcoming. Sam was the instructor and led a pretty balanced flow with some great fundamentals. I also enjoy that here you can treat yourself to coffee, smoothies, or food, I had a Hippie shake afterwards which had me feeling pretty energized for the day (and was pretty good too). Seems like a great place for students of all levels to practice, would recommend anyone in Rochester give it try.

DO NOT COME HERE!! The service was so bad! I spent $20 on two smoothies and they tasted disgusting like fish oil cuz apparently they added omega 3 oil. When I asked for a new smoothie because who wants to drink a fish smoothie in hot weather... they said all sales are final! And gave me a nasty look and asked me to leave!!!!!!

Delicious and clean juices. Both hot and cold pressed options. A beautiful environment and studios.

Me and my friends discovered that panera smoothies have an insane amount of sugar in them and pretty much ARE NOT HEALTHY so we decided to venture out and find a new smoothie place so we came to breathe. GOOD DECISION everyone that works at these restaurants are so kind and fun and I love the energy in the stores. SMOOTHIES ARE DELISH and I would definitely come back here!!!

I went in to get a smoothie. I was so excited when I saw that they had acai bowl. The smoothie was watery and pretty bland but the acai bowl was way worse. It was even more watery then the smoothie, had pieces of ice, had literally no flavor and the banana was old, and it was not cheap. VERY disappointed.
