Oliveri's Pizzeria

We called on Super Bowl Sunday to have food delivered. We were told the food wouldn't be delivered until after 7. We were pleasantly surprised when it arrived at 5:50, in time for the game. Delicious! Thank you Oliveri's!

I have always loved Oliveri’s and have been going there for years. The food is great and so is the customer service unlike New York Pizzeria across the street. Their customer service needs some work, which is why I usually choose Oliveri’s over New York Pizzeria.nnRecently however, Oliveri’s customer service has been much worse than usual. Every time I call or pickup in person and have to deal with Mike, it is never pleasant. He’s very snappy, not personable and overall doesn’t seem like his usual happy and charismatic self that I am used to. It is to the point where I don’t want to call or go there. I understand he owns a small business and times are tough during covid, but that should never be taken out on your customers or even employees.nnThe food is always amazing, but having to deal with that negativity is starting to make me feel like it’s not worth it.

We ordered whole wheat pizza, anti-pasta and fried ravioli and it was all delicious. They even delivered it which is extremely nice in today's age. We will be ordering again. Crust was delicious and ingredients were fresh.

I’ve been here before. In fact, after my last experience I wasn’t sure this was the best idea but I really wanted one of their salads tonight.nnAt my last visit I had a gentleman named Mike help me as I was a walk-in. He spoke very condescendingly & crude to everyone I witnessed from the counter, to the phone & even to his coworkers. I felt like an imposition & truth be told, had I not already paid for my food, I was about 2 steps from jumping back in my car & leaving without my order. I had no desire to return after being spoken to as if he were scolding his child.nnBut tonight the salad called me so I had to stop in again. You can imagine my excitement when I didn’t see him working tonight. Debbie was. Debbie was handing the phones, walk-ins & pickups, making it look all too easy. She was pleasant, polite & professional to each person (even when she was putting someone on hold). Debbies positive attitude on such a busy night (it’s Friday) is why I’ll be back. Maybe Mike (if he still works there) could spend a day shadowing Ms. Debbie & learn some etiquette & manners when dealing with other people.nnThank you Debbie for treating me professionally & with a positive attitude!!

Super Fast, the food was very good, I miss eating in, but what can you do with covid.
