We had a hail storm dropping baseballs in July. My wife's van needed a windshield. And my truck needed lots of help. I shopped around in Spearfish, and finally found a gem! Megan was wonderful from the first phone call, to the last. I also talked to a few other people in the shop, just as pleasant to deal with. They put the windshield in my wife's van, which I thought would take a few weeks, because most of the town lost windows in vehicles. 2 days after we talked, the windshield was in. They took my truck for a few weeks, and really pushed to get me done. I was in a long line of people needing fixes. My truck was pretty much done for, and they brought it back to new. Again, so nice to deal with! Thank you Jake's! I have a small business in town as well, and just appreciate when people put pride into it! Thumbs up guys! All of you, nice work!

One of the top dog administrative gals at my work drove into my front bumper. Awkward....... I bit the bullet and decided to eat the bill. Was amazingly able to fit my schedule last minute to do a quick 15min job on car. Very happy with services. Friendly staff.
