The workers are always friendly and very helpful. Store is always clean and clothes always smell great.

Overpriced, chaotic, and a mess would be my go to words to describe this store. Speaking as a buyer, I found the prices to be way too high for second hand mall clothing. Frequently in poor condition to boot. As a seller, not only do they rip you off with what they'll pay (esp. considering what they sell for), but they've frequently returned brand new with tags items to me, from brands I saw on their racks (and not seasons old...though, what is so wrong with that?? EVERYTHING comes back does it not?). It's so random what they take and don't take. I love the idea of this store and their sibling Clothes Mentor, but in practice, I think they really fail.
