Staff was very rude. This was my first time bringing in items to a consignment shop. When I asked to look at what they accepted, I was told to be careful because they were already tagged. The staff is young, and need some serious training in customer service. The only nice person was the sweet girl who greeted customers at the door.nI went to Plato's Closet afterwards and had the complete opposite experience. They couldn't have been nicer.

I have asthma and cannot wear a mask completely covering my mouth and nose as it affects my breathing. They were very not understanding of this. I do not appreciate a business that does not welcome asthmatics. I am done with clothes Mentor!
