GREAT customer service. Tyler assisted me at the West Seneca location. Very friendly and helpful. The meals are delicious. Always such a great variety and fully stocked. I love how these meals fit in so well with Weight Watchers. Everyone in my group is raving about 95 Nutrition!

95 nutrition is a life saver! Its very convenient to just stop in and pick up some already cooked/frozen meals, the menu changes weekly also! The meals are really affordable and a dollar cheaper on Fridays. Its awesome they're portioned to men and woman sizes. Coming into the store for the first time everyone was so helpful. While having a demanding job and always tired after work and not wanting to cook on my days off, this is an enjoyable, convenient, healthy and delicious stop to make!

I met the owner in person. She was so welcoming and nice. I had a ton of questions and shared my goals with her and she shared her weight loss experience with me as well. She gave my samples of protein we talked about and even a coupon for my next visit. I highly enjoyed this experience and I liked the meals a lot. I actually felt like I was doing something wrong because it tasted so good. It makes eating healthy so much easier. Will definitely be back every week.

The meals are super tasty and the customer service is incredible. Rachel at the west Seneca location was so kind and was able to locate the new shrimp scampi dish for me, which has become a quick favorite along with the pizza wraps! If you haven’t checked this place out i highly suggest you take a trip.

Although I didn’t purchase anything I would just like everyone to know how unbelievably kind the young woman Rachel was. I am deaf and can’t speak but she spent over an hour writing down and answering all of my questions in detail and picking up different meals for me, to show me the nutritional facts. She even went over the shake bar with me. Even though it was approaching closing time and she was swamped with customers, she made me feel like I was her top priority. This was truly the best experience I have had in any store, and she truly made me feel important and cared for. Thank you Rachel, you truly made my entire night.
