Mineo's South Pizzeria

Great pizza not burnt nor undercooked...**UPDATE** 02/10/2021 - I'm an honest reviewer & give ppl/places the benefit of the doubt.. 1st time let slide. 2nd time maybe a new worker (let slide). 3rd time NOW I have to make a review. You tell Mineos light oil and it's literally doused in oil. 3rd time this has happened. DO NOT recommend for subs. Only pizza & wings. If u get a sub say no oil because I said lite oil they don't listen and the roll/buns are soggy. And mine was a ham sub too, I cant imagine how oily the sausage and other hot subs would be..Again great for pizza for subs go to Mr. Submarine down a few blocks

I have to say this is one of the best pizzerias in Buffalo the food is consistent very reasonably priced they have excellent specials and their ham and cheese calzones are the best I've ever had I strongly recommend them

I learned of this pizzeria through the dine out buffalo coupon book. There is no other way I would have heard of it, especially since both Abbott Rd Pizza and Imperial Pizza are considered the top places for pizza in South Buffalo. I’ve been to both and they deserve their reputations. By comparison Mineos is unassuming and dies not serve beer, which Imperial does. However, their pizza is on par with those two establishments, even better for those who like their pizza covered with toppings. I went with pepperoni and every part of my pie had those crispy char and cup slices. If I’m looking to go out and have beer and sports with my pizza , then it’s Imperial. If I want the best pizza to eat at home, it’s Mineos South

Ice cold. Their version of a stinger is a thin layer of dry, whole steak and a whole chicken finger, yet somehow manages to be greasy. Pizza is nothing to write home about either, and the wings are always soggy.
