Customer service is always very nice and willing to help! I normally dont shop at Rite Aid I make an exception for this location as it is always a quick and easy experience for me!
I go to Rite Aid all the time. The managers and employees are very helpful and friendly. They know me by name. And they always greet me when I visit the store. They have good sales. I think I will always shop here.
My wife and I moved to Clarence 2 years ago from West Seneca. We have used Rite Aid for years. The level of service at this location is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I've gave them the benefit of the doubt for over 2 years and now I am done. Every prescription I go to pick up is either not in stock or not filled by the allotted time. The automated system asks for your telephone number in case there is a problem. I never receive any phone calls. I even tried speaking to a live person and that didn't work either. Most of the staff is rude as well.
