We've always had a good experience at Simmons and this time did not disappoint. Dieter Stevens is awesome to work with. He's a very laid back, chill salesperson, no pressure, but he will find you exactly what you're looking for! He and Simmons were a breath of fresh air after we had a bad experience at another local dealer. Should have never even considered working with another dealership! Highly recommend Simmons and Dieter for your next purchase. LOVE my new Subaru!

Bill Cook was our salesman and he was awesome; he worked with us trying to meet what vehicle we were seeking. When our description of what we wanted regarding size, seating, space available, spare tire..... he showed us a vehicle we would not have thought to ask for. We had never owned a Buick. Every Simmons-Rockwell employee we worked with through the process of purchasing our new 2021 Buick Enclave was very polite and informative. We were offered coffee and water several times. It could not have been a more positive experience! Thank you, Bill and Simmons-Rockwell!

They were amazing. My check engine light came on the night prior. I called first thing in the morning and they got me right in. Fixed the issue and it was under warranty so I was not charged at all. Alex and Ryan are great

Simmons and Rockwell has been the only place were I feel I receive honesty and fair pricing. Ryan at the GM service area has been patient, kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I have been to other smaller businesses to try and support; however, the quality of service and the integrity of the entire experience had left me jaded.

My recent experience with Simmons Rockwell Subaru was great. I had an easy pass through with some Subaru oem parts but I had another issue as a result that I wasn't comfortable dealing with. I went back for service. My service experience was great, timely, very transparent and the staff went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Highly recommend.
