Very honest place! I have been here twice looking at huge bills if a tire could not be fixed. Twice now they have been able to make repairs and save me hundreds of dollars!.. cant say enough how trust worthy they are. Take your vehicle here!
Called all around Black Hills looking for new tire or even used. No one had my tires. Called here, they had new. Wait was not bad, would love to hear next time an estimated time frame as machines weren't taking my cash and I was thirsty ud83dude02 Tire for price wasn't bad. Staff was friendly. Clean sitting area and restrooms. Antibacterial SOAP + TP ud83dudc4c . Would go here again . Won't go where I went before as warranty was a joke. Tires were purchased 2 months ago on sale. They wanted 2x what i paid for 1 tire. Hmmm. No. Would recommend to others. Price was decent. Little mark up on tire but balance and mount for under $15 made up for it. Overall satisfied with my experience.
If it was possible to give a 0, I would... Initially our experience was good,we went in for just tires, got a good price and all was well. We decided that when my wife's car needed further repair we would go here... That was a mistake. They hooked it up to the computer to read the codes, and first said it was a vacuum leak and 4 other codes they couldn't read. I know this is BS as I can look up all the codes myself online. Then they said mass air flow sensor and wanted to charge her 271.00 for a 125.00 part and literally 2 minutes of work that it took me.They also quoted 550.00 for a tune up, that is ridiculously over priced. Needless to say we will never, EVER use Thier services again and I advise everyone stay away from this place if u don't want to get ripped off!
