We used to always order from cloud and company but no more. The last 4 out of 5 times the food was cold. Last time we ordered we were told 40-50 minutes for delivery. 2 hours and 20 min later we ended up having to drive there to pick it up because it still hadn't been delivered. Room temperature pizza and wings is not ok. That was the last time we will order from cloud and company

Absolutely horrible customer service! On multiple occasions, the delivery time exceeded 2 hours. I've called and had certain staff joke around and goof off while placing my order which in turn resulted in the wrong order being delivered. On one instance, the delivery was well past 2 hours and after calling to find out the status, the female was extremely rude. Dont get me wrong, the food is amazing. The pizza and wings are the best in Salamanca, in my opinion. However, when you deal with zombie employees who take their position as a joke, I will gladly give my money to the competitors. Management team needs to step in and reevaluate the team members they have working for them and seek additional drivers to deliver timely meals.

I asked for RANCH they gave me BLUE CHEESE. I am highly alergic to blue cheese. I put it in my wings and puffed up like a balloon. I had to throw away my entire order. And they took forever to deliver
