My husband and I researched a few vehicles online before going to check them out. We started in Rapid City, but their inventory didn't match what they have posted online. The sales person didn't act like he wanted to sell us a car. I don't know if it was bc they didn't have anything in inventory to sell us, but he didn't even offer to help us look elsewhere. When we got to White's Queen City in Spearfish, we found the selection we were looking for and a salesman who cared about getting us into a car. Jeremy was awesome. We were so pleased we brought a car home that night! We had great customer service from everyone while we were there.
Came from out of state to buy a pickup and they were fantastic to deal with. Zach Krueger their online sales specialist was very timely in responding to my inquiry and up front with some minor damage to the vehicle. I was able to get a great deal and get the vehicle promptly when I drove to get it. Would definitely check with them again for any car or truck purchase.

Our Salesman, Jeremy Campos, was FANTASTIC to deal with. He listened to our wants and needs. Then we surprised him by finding new Buick we FELL in LOVE with. Jeremy made it work for us and went through the bells and whistles to make sure we knew how to work everything. If we could give a 10 out of 5 we would. ABSOLUTELY best New car dealership experience we have ever had.
