When my wife and I decided on our new 2020 Sierra, Jeff was very informative and spent plenty of time to explain and show how to operate all the features of our new Sierra. When completing all the final paperwork, Kristi was excellent to work with. She was very informative and efficient with our time. Over the years we have purchase many GM products from dealers across the country but this was by far the best experience we have had.
Everyone was friendly, attentive and professional. We were checked in quickly, and waited for our vehicle in the very comfortable lounge. The service was performed in the time they estimated ( less than a hour). We are very pleased with this dealerships service shop.
Purchasing my new truck was difficult because of factory radio problem. A new radio was required and this was done immediately by parts and service.. The truck was delivered with all problems resolved and finance went smoothly. Specific help was given by Jason Konstant, in sales, to be sure all settings were correct and well as truck training, Ms. Malde was prompt with the title so I could get my license. Over all, it was a very good job by all involved! My thanks to everyone!
