Great place. Customer service is top notch, the product line is small but the quality is superb. The value is better than most. The lounge is very large and comfortable. There are many events. The customers and staff are all helpful and friendly

Hoping for a better clearance section. Pricey as well

I was very pleased with the shopping experience as well as the choices for the items I needed.nI walked out with 2 pairs of shoes and several tiesnThey offer really good brands at competitive prices.nPatrick was very professional and helpful andnJoseph A. Bank exceeded my expectations.

We do not even know where to start! If there was a way to choose ten stars- we would! We stopped at the location at Stuyvesant Plaza to see if we could take advantage of the sale that was being advertised online. Of course this was the last day of the three day event and we arrived around two hours before closing time. When we walked in the staff had shared how busy they had just been, but were cheerful nonetheless.nnKaren was our consultant and was immediately attentive to our questions. We shared what we were looking for, but were told it was not available in that location. Brittany who was also on duty worked (in between customers) to try and secure the merchandise from another store (at one point calling a location in Texas). Unfortunately, after several calls it was determined that everyone had sold out of the suits- we were told that my size is one of the most common.nnLow and behold- Karen and Brittany would not be deterred. They continued to scour their racks suit by suit until they found a suit that was comparable to the sale item online.nnI worked in retail for close to twenty years- ten as a store manager. I can honestly say that I have never received the level of service that was bestowed upon us today.nnWe are very loyal customers and that level of service has guaranteed we will be more than happy to drive two hours for all of our future Jos A Banks purchases.nnI strongly recommend your corporate office have Brittany and Karen conduct a class in exceptional customer service!

Great staff at the Stuyvesant Plaza location. Took time to discuss what I was looking for. I didn't get the feeling of hurry up spend money and leave. Will shop there again.
