Honest, Trustworthy and ethical are 3 words that described my experience with Joseph Kosel. And worth every dollar he charges! Sturgis used to be a Motorcycle Rally, but in recent years it has evolved into a Law Enforcement Rally and if you are a biker it is OPEN SEASON on you. I was Shanghai'd outside of Lead by SD Trooper Myron Norman who said I was going 69 mph in a 40 mph zone. Wrong I was not going that fast. Then he said I was DWI, and that his breathalyzer showed I blew a .099. Wrong ! And I didn't have a motorcycle endorsement. (Guilty ) Joseph got the DWI dismissed when the blood alcohol test results showed I was way under the legal limit. He got the speeding ticket reduced to 6 mph over the speed limit. And I pled guilty to the no MC endorsement. It cost me 1 night in Lawrence County Jail because of a Trooper Myron Norman LIED about almost everything. Plus $1500 cash bond, plus A$2500 in attorneys fees. When Joseph got through with the charges my fine was $165.00 and today I received a refund from his office for $798.48. I have never received a refund from a lawyer (and I know lots of lawyers). By far Cops are the biggest liars and most dishonest people on this planet. And Myron Norman is one of the largest most corrupt liars with a badge I have ever had the misfortune of crossing paths with. Ride Safe
