Purchased two cars from the dealership, every time I dealt with Jason. They were nice and helpful until they got the sale. The reps will promise to replace tires, fix scratches , oil changes etc but never keep up their side of the deal. Most of the cars are salvage , had fenders benders , etc do not let them tell you otherwise. They will try to prevent you from running a history loss report on the car . 5 star reviews are false . The reps make the customers write a 5 star report .

I would be very careful going here. We called about a pre-owned car. We were told it was on the lot, and we travelled an hour and a half to see it. We made an appointment for a specific time. When we got there, they sent us to another lot but the car was not at at either place, despite their promising it was there for us to see just hours earlier. It was a complete waste of our time. They are not honest. During the height of Covid, some people were not wearing masks.

I came in Saturday and shopped around at this dealership. I was a bit surprised at how busy the dealership was. It was obvious that Park Place is a high volume dealership. I quickly understood why so many customers buy from here. All the salespeople are super professional, Haz the salesman who helped was no different. Dressed in professional clothing, spoke in a professional manner, answered my questions professionally, all around professional. What was most impressive is the fact that he never pushed me in any car. Noel the finance manager was very clear, transparent in numbers, professional in speech! I loved the experienced. I bought a 2019 toyota highlander here and could not be happier. He even called me the next day (Sunday, on his day off) just to see how the ride home was and if I needed anything. Wow! Definitely recommending everyone I know to this place..Park Place of NJ!

Not only was a led to believe that the vehicle I purchased from this dealership back in 2017 had been accident free, but It was also sold to me with no rugs, the headlights burnt out, the HIDs flickering, the sound system with a terrible treble, no passenger airbag AND the mileage tampered with; both on the vehicle itself and the subsequent paperwork.nnI had reached out to the dealership on multiple occasions, and was advised by the office manager at the 6th follow-up call that they were unable to locate the sale paperwork.nnWhen I finally came in to discuss a possible resolution (because at that point I had the paperwork to prove that the mileage reported was inaccurate), I was dismissed due to the mileage on the car “likely” reporting Canadian Kilometers instead of American Miles.nnAfter having my intelligence both questioned and insulted (possibly for being a female), I was persistent and intentful regarding wanting to be reimbursed for the total cost of the vehicle and the down payment I had made at the time of the sale.nnOfcourse, instead of correcting their mistake, they instead offered me a “trade-in” which I ofcourse rejected as the vehicle depreciation would roll-over to the “new” vehicle loan. That, aside of the fact that I already did not trust this company due to the mishandling of my purchase and shady business practices.nnMy advise: do not purchase from this so called “Luxury car dealership”.
