I had a great experience buying my car here. My boyfriend bought a few cars here so he knew Lorenzo and called him to tell him which car I’m interested in. When we came by, he made sure the car was cleaned/detailed and parked right out front so I could drive it. It was really professional and a great experience. I didn’t even think I would be able to leave with a car that night but Lorenzo made it possible for me. I love the car so much, I’ve had no issues and it’s been a few months since I bought it. Would definitely recommend this dealership 100%

We found this place through a general search and saw a couple of cars in their inventory that we were interested in so I requested a test drive. The response to my request was immediate, we went in 2 days later and after some looking and negotiation, came out with a new (to us) SUV. We’re very happy with the whole experience. Our salesman, Steve, was very nice, answered all our questions and never made us feel pressured. I appreciate the small business feel. Between the friendliness of the employees and the solid variety in the inventory, I’d definitely recommend checking out Preferred Auto next time you need a new to you car!

This was my first time buying from a car dealer and I have to say it was a smooth and speedy process. Not once did I feel pushed. They were patient and kind the entire time. The cars are just as they are advertised and the showroom is very clean and comfortable. The entire experience was great. Dan Rodrigues was extremely helpful with answering all my questions. I feel great and confident about my purchase.

This was the best car buying experience I ever had! Christina the sales person was so sweet and the manager Ralph was really nice he even offered us coffee! and the finance guy went out of his way to help as well can’t remember his name though. Car buying is always a painful experience and I have to say they made it personal and painless. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! They make you feel like you are family

I didn't walk out with a vehicle that day, but I did walk out with knowledge on how to bettee my opportunity to get one, Lorenzo is a great guy and genuinely cares about his customers. I was skeptical of dealerships but he painted a better picture for me to understand. I will definitely be back in a few months time to get into a vehicle I know will be trustworthy and reliable.
