Steven Jersey City Ford seems to be very professional. I really had a great experience dealing with them. I really dedicate the great experience to an employee there named Erica. Omg! She is amazing!! Her memory seems to be extraordinary. She seem to be on top of everything(and u can tell there’s a lot going on around there). Not only does she seem to be great at her job but she seems to be a great person. Thank you Erica for turning a lemon into lemonade.

Honestly the best! I don’t have great credit and billy the finance employee really help me out. I traded a Nissan rouge for a Ford Explorer! I recommend this dealer to anyone. I worked with Jamel and he was so chill and really knew what he was talking about.

The service is excellent and the repairs that were done by my service tech - no complaints there as expected. A special shout-out to Erica, my Service Advisor, who is very personable, knowledgeable, and I like how well she explains the bill in detail and if anything else in terms of repairs are needed she lets you without hesitation. I don’t understand how they are still in business.nThe building looks really bad, the asphalt on the parking lot is all broken. Sales people are incompetent and are not willing to work with you.nI was interested in a new Ford Escape Hybrid. I entered in and asked about the car. The sales man that sits right by the entrance door, he didn’t present himself, didn’t ask my name and didn’t even offer to sit down. He only said: “So, first, let me ask you, how much do you pay for your car now?”.nI was shocked. Why does this matter? I actually have a few cars in my mind now from Ford to Tesla. the price always matters but I can afford a wide range of expenses. I answered. And he says: “well, you will pay more for the Escape”. That’s it. He didn’t even plan to work with me. I didn’t want to stay there either and I left.nProbably, they only sell parts or pickup trucks or vans for contractors. Probably, they don’t even know how to talk to regular customers. I don’t know. All I know is that I have scratched the Ford Escape from my list only because of their bad attitude.
