I would like to write a review of our experience at Hudson Hyundai with Claudia Reid. Claudia was just amazing! I and my wife are incredibly grateful for all her kindness, attention, and understanding! She really made our day a true holiday and we feel to be lucky to choose a car with Claudia.nIn the beginning, we even didn't know which car to choose from: we even didn't know if we needed a big car or small, which features would be valuable or the color of the car itself. Moreover, I have not been driving for 7 years and simply lost track of what's happening with cars right now. Claudia was truly patient and kind to go through every detail, explanation, and clarification with us! She showed us every single car with different trims or even the color of the interior we asked for. For the upcoming clients, I just want to emphasize how patient and kind this person can be. Moreover, all her explanations were clear as spring waters: it is especially important since we are not native speakers. In the end, we have chosen the car of our dream and cannot wait for the upcoming weekend trips. I would not be able to do so without such an amazing team of Hudson Hyundai and especially Claudia. Basically saying we are very grateful and highly recommend Claudia Reid.

Jose T is the best Sales Representative that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. It was my first time buying a new car and Jose went above and beyond in making the process as easy and seamless as possible! Any concerns I had, Jose was able to reassure me. This is my genuine review about car buying experience at Hudson Hyundai. My overall experience was extremely positive.nIt was my first time buying from Hudson Hyundai. I bought a new Hyundai Palisades form this dealership. I was helped by sales manager Jon who was very professional in his dealings and he introduced me to Julian Salazar. Julian is highly motivated guy and he tries his best to strike a deal with try to meet in the middle kind of attitude.nAt few times I wanted to leave the deal and walk away but I stayed due to Julian’s insistence that at the end of the day we will both be happy, just keep negotiating.nI would say Julian was an exemplary salesperson, not pushy, has a positive attitude and refreshingly personal.nI am happy with the purchase and if everything goes smooth with the car, they will have a lifelong customer.nThanks to Jon and especially Julian for the great experience.

My husband and I, initially, thought another Santa Fe was the SUV needed. The Santa Fe, did not meet my needs and I was the intended driver. You had us look at the Tucson 2020, which fulfilled all of my requirements and more.nnBased on your assessment Mr. V, you knew, what features I was interested in, the colors of interest, the SUV size and the additional features which would appeal to me. This is also, the dealership you would want to buy a car from, the staff is wonderful, the finance officer, also treats you as royalty. We feel truly blessed, It was a worthwhile experience.

Just got my first leased vehicle and I am very pleased.
