For a first time buyer it was a really good experience. Before I went to the dealer I did my research on the kind of car I wanted. I found it then headed to New Jersey State Auto. From there the process was smooth. Although it did take a while because they wanted to confirm certain things which is why I rate 4 starts out of five, but outside of that everything went well. Shout out to Elvis for the help!
I purchased my car in October 2020, they gave me temporary plates which I had no problem with. It is now March 2021 my temp plates have expired & I recently just found out there is no Registration on vehicle.nnUPDATE: Just spoke with Sam, he did a great job in assisting me & helping me with everything. Very professional, I appreciated his help

My experience here was great! Steve was wonderful and made the process very easy and welcoming. I was shown many great cars and ended up leaving with the car that I've been looking for with all the qualities as well. Steve made sure that the car he was showing had every little detail I wanted and he succeded. Any issues I had were solved right away without a problem. I ended up leaving with a beautiful 2019 Honda Civic ! The customer service is great and everyone is very welcoming. As soon as you walk in to the moment you leave. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a car! They have it all!
