Generally speaking, Philip Motor has parts in stock for many vehicles. The older the vehicle, or more specialized, the less likely you might find parts on hand. My experiences here have been good. If they didn't have the part in stock, they could generally get it by the end of the day, or afternoon of the following day.nStaff in the parts department has always been helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to help you find something that will work.nService is above par, given that Philip Motor is a small town business.nI would definitely return in the future.
Super helpful and friendly. They helped diagnose my vehicle and worked with me while I was half a state away. The guys were flexible and patient with the repairs and were more than reasonable with their prices. There aren't many mechanics that I trust but they have earned mine.

On a cross country road trip, we broke down in the Badlands, and Craig in the service department was our saving grace! Though they had a full schedule, Craig came and gave us a tow, as well as squeezed us in same day to replace the alternator and battery. We were back on the road within just a few hours, and cannot thank Craig and his team enough. Give that guy a raise!!!
