They were fast and informative. I appreciated that they were willing to show me what they found wrong. Talked to me about what was necessary versus what could wait which meant a great deal to me as I'm unemployed right now. They also have a wonderful greeter, a german shepherd, who is absolutely adorable. Best greeter 10/10
Very happy with the service we received at Burgress! From the front desk, to the mechanic, everything was kept transparent and honest. They also have the most amazing floof ball Shepard shop dog who was considered a main highlight as well! Brought in my 2013 Ford Explorer for inspection knowing there were some issues. Not only did they diagnose, and fix in a timely manner, but their prices were fair enough I was able to afford adding two extra services that I needed that were beyond inspection requirements. Everything was explained clearly, and it was offered to have us come in and look at what they were talking about before they even started the work. They even listened to my recreation of a sound I was getting that many others had told me was “not a thing” or “didn't make sense” and they were able to figure out the problem. My explorer hasn't driven this smooth or this quiet for a long time. Very happy!
I would rate 0 stars If I could. 0 stars for both service and performance.. Went here for a quote on repairs needed to pass inspection. They had my vehicle for far too long, and all I got was an illegible list of repairs. The list did not include quotes for the repairs, and even after spreaking with the staff, they were unable to provide me with quotes.
Incredible crew here, great communication, exceptional service, flexible scheduling, and nicest employees around. I highly recommend Burgess Repair!
Very knowledgeable and HONEST! He does an amazing job explaining the issue and pointing out what repair should take priority. He also is amazing with diesels and hydraulics. I now take my diesel tractor here for all repairs.
