Not normally one to write reviews but i thought i should. Ill start with the positives:nnThe waitress was very nice and attentive. We had the soup of the day (Mushroom Florentine) and it was great! It's a beautiful restaurant and very clean, although it was empty when we got there on a Friday night. One person in our party got the Ruben and they loved it!nnAs for negatives, one person in the party got the baked haddock and it was super fishy smelling. The waitress took it back and traded it for the special Shrimp Scallop Scampi. two people in my party had that scampi and they both said said the scallops were undercooked and the shrimps were super tiny. Both of them felt the meal didn't sit right in their belly's. I had the chicken picatta, which tasted good, but the chicken was tough.

First of all, the photos online do not do this place justice. While the interior is spacious, clean, and rustic, the outdoor patio area is spectacular. High up overlooking the river and lit romantically. You'll need a reservation for one of those coveted tables during nice weather. We were impressed with the cocktails, some of them might be a little on the sweet side, so if you want something more grown up, just ask. Hint: they make a competent Aviation, and dirty martini. Our food was really good, I loved the special that I had -- crispy breaded pork medallions with an apple cider and sausage gravy. Perfect for the fall. Recommended.

We went to Daniella's last Friday. We were so lucky to get a seat at the bar.nOur bartender Staphine was so sweet. She explained the specials and was very tentative to our needs. Our special place to go. Beautiful inside and out. Our eggplant was so delicious and our martini was wonderful. Everyone should try Daniella's . Sharon

Take out lunch in car during Covid. Very good food, good packing, great service.nWe'll be back. Looking forward to sitting in their dining room overlooking the river.
