We’ve tried many of the local town forests lately to walk our dogs. This one unfortunately is my least favorite. There’s no attempt to provide a way to avoid crossing the wet areas and the trail in general is not scenic nor well-marked. I would give it another try in the winter when mud isn’t an issue. I think a little more attention would improve the location significantly.

The walk itself is very nice. Unfortunately, out of the 3 parking spots they have made are not being used for intended purposes. One spot, the house across the street uses as their personal dump. The 2 other spots are great to use drugs and do drug deals. Needles being left on ground. Hopefully, they can do something about it

Nice little gem. It is recovering from the forest services logging in 2015. The logging roads obscure the official trails which can be hard to find. The logging roads are now full of briars so you want to get on the official trails which have their share of briars, too. This is a great close to home nordic ski area.

Beautiful little forest. Unfortunately, lots of people have left trash: beer cans, gun pellets, wrappers all throughout the forest. The trails have not been maintained recently so it was a bit confusing to figure out where to go. That being said, I will definitely be back and my dog absolutely loved it.

This is a Pokemon stop, but it's easier to get there from the road. My nephew and I found it difficult to follow trails that weren't marked and were basically overgrown. Needs a serious weed whacking job. ud83dude0f
