The pharmacy tech couldnt be bothered with giving me even a few seconds of her time to listen to my questions, anx tgsn whdn she felt dhe was done with our transaction she told me have a good day while walking away. The body language and verbal cues indicated we were not done talking but that didnt matter to her.

Today I talked to the Walgreen's pharmacist on the phone about refilling a prescription that supposedly had 3 more refills according to the bottle I have. He told me my doctor had cancelled the prescription. I have never heard of that happening. After getting off the phone, I then wondered if he had not seen that I've had problems ordering the brand name vs. generic and called back to find out if this was the case; had the doctor cancelled the wrong prescription? I called back and waited 15 minutes before a Pharmacy Tech answered. I told her what I was wondering and she asked who I had talked to in my previous call -the pharmacist. I then assumed she asked him about me, and then heard, "Just put her on hold?" I was left on hold for another 10 minutes and then the phone hung up. I get that there are people out there that use the system. With 2 diabetics, I assure you this is not the case in our family. My own son is in our local Pharm Tech program and I hope this isn't normal behavior out there in pharmacies. I am one who is weary of taking any meds other than Tylenol if possible- had a hysterectomy in February and didn't use the pain meds given me. I am a good, God-fearing person. Where is the trust that is by Walgreen's name? Don't do this to hard-working people. Goodness. We are at your mercy. Do you want our business or not?

So much bureaucratic running in circles to get a prescription filled only to not get it - it's practically trying to get work done with the government. I. Give. Up. Going somewhere else from now on. Been putting up with them for years. Last straw. Loads of other pharmacies in the area - choose one of those.

The woman pharmacist that works at this location has a difficult time understanding what a pharmacist does. She prevented me from getting a prescription the same day of an operation - said she wouldn't fill it for 3 days. Weird but I took it up to Roy and they had filled it 15 minutes. To me it is the difference between ignorance and education. My advice stay way clear of this location.
