Just changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars. I always get the same thing. 16.79 for a large roast beef and turkey and added bacon. Rip off.nnBest subs around. I give them 10 Stars if I could. There is nothing bad at this place

This a tough one and it is not based on one not so good visit. I know the owner and when he's onsite the result is 100% different. Previously I showed up with a large order waiting to be processed so when I placed mine for a hot sub I was told I could go out and come back in 15 to 20 minutes. There was no adult manager and when they gave the info I don't think they calculated what was hot and what was cold in that large order. When I went back in they found my order immediately. I paid, drove home less than 5 minutes and found my order to be lukewarm. Yesterday I decided to give it another try this time waiting inside for a chicken bomb. No wait. Got home and it tasted of way too much seasoning ruining what used to be a great tasty and nutritious treat It was gritty so I cut out was edible and threw out the rest to mother nature to recycle. I don't bother to complain to the owner because he takes any negative criticism as a personal affront Times have changed and COVID has changed this great local food establishment or maybe it's because time has changed along with ownership. It takes a lot of energy and time to run what still could be a great local favorite. Still, they out perform the national brand (Jersey Mike's) on the other side of town in terms of quality and price. So comparing the two side by side Cahill's would get 5 stars.

I love their subs. I'm trying to cut back on the carbs so I ordered an Italian bomb over lettuce with all the toppings (except tomatos). It was amazing. My husband's steak bomb was also amazing. I wish I could have had their rolls because they are always so fresh and tasty!
