I've had a shed here for years and they have always been courteous and respectful.tjx
This company has the best prices I've seen in self storage. Their only fault is that they only ever have one person working there at a time and due to this, the office is often locked up and the employee can only be found if you search through the rows of storage lockers. I've had to go to the office about 5 times a month to successfully be able to pay my bill and often results in me getting a late fee. Due to this fact, I frequently get frustrated because aren't I paying for not only the locker but also the customer service? As the employees are very kind and polite, they can't possibly be harder to find. For these reasons, I give this company three stars because they have been very inconvenient.
