WOW ! Pretty sure everyone in this store is brain dead. Not the first but most certainly the last time we will walk into this store. Very unfortunate because it is close and the prices are pretty good. Customer Service is at an all time low. Ask for a product-employee #1 wasn't sure, employee #2 said he did not think they carried it for quite some time. THE PRODUCT WAS RIGHT OVER HIS SHOULDER. TERRIBLE, ALL SHOULD BE FIRED. HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW WHAT YOUR STORE CARRIES? THERE ARE PLENTY OF PEOPLE LOOKING FOR WORK. YOUR FIRED !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good place. Good help. Excellent skater shoes at a great price. (Skater shoes make EXCELLENT work shoes. Of course, now I've let the cat out of the bag and the $19.95 shoes are going to be a thing of the past - lol).
Very helpful especially the lady thats always behing the gun counter. I forget her name but shes awesome.
We called and asked for adult life jackets. We were told there were two. We drove the 15 minutes to get there and they were on hold for someone else and refused to sell them to us. Why would you not tell me they are on hold and not ask us if we wanted to have them put on hold? Poor customer service. Will not return.
