we have decided to go with someone else. The fact that the responses to simple email exchanges take 2+ weeks doesn’t provide us with the clarity of what service levels to expect ongoing. We have literally seen 3 responses from Chamberlin and they are weeks/months apart. We understand current situations but unfortunately our expectations are a bit more from any service provider we engage. I have also provided this feedback to Home depot as this level of Responsiveness shows poorly for them. Thanks again.

Chamberlain Electric is a Gererac generator dealer. I was put in contact with them, twice, by Generac. I received emails from Chamberlain telling me that if I wanted a quote and site review that I needed to call them to schedule. I was additionally told that any site visits would be a minimum of a month out. I did contact other dealers (2) and was able to have site visits, and quotes in hand within five days. I feel that if Chamberlain is to busy to make sales calls, what would happen if I bought a Generator from them.

Had a generator installed today by Chamberlain Electric, Very pleased with the work and how thorough the electricians were. I see a lot of negative reviews but most are for timing and not getting back to you. In this current world we live in its hard to find competent electricians or plumbers, nobody wants to fill those positions today. When you do they are very busy, so be patientnI highly recommend Chamberlain Electric.

Waited 2 weeks to have someone come to the house, he was knowledgeable and polite but that was the best of the experience. I called the office three times to get the quote for repairs and each time was given an excuse as to why they didn't have one and was told I would get a call back that day...never happened. No follow through what so ever. Frustrating and a waste of time!
