Jon is amazing technician! Everybody there is very nice and professional. They got me is with zero notice after a tow. They provided me with a loaner vehicle so i could still get to work and then back home. My vehicle was ready the next day as promised. Knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, professional, and punctual as well. I will happily return there, and recommend to my friends, family, and colleagues.

State inspection. They did a detailed work and provided me with a clear report with recommended work. I plan to use my auto services from here going forward. All of their staffs (front office, mechanics) are warm, kind, and knowledgeable with their work. Thumbs-up!!

Went in for a sticker, they were super upfront and professional. My car needed a few repairs and they fixed it all right then and there and got me out of there in time to make an important appointment I had. Highly recommend!!

I called ahead to the Nashua location for a state inspection because I live over an hour away and wanted to make sure I wasn't making the drive in vain. When I arrived, they mentioned that they didn't think they could get to it because there was a worsening snow storm, and they were planning to send people home early (fair enough). They called around and got me an appointment at another one of their shops just around the corner. I really appreciated the customer service and willingness to save me another trip. The service itself was great as well.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in for a state inspection over the weekend and my car passed. While driving home the check engine, trac off, and 4WD light came on. I called back asking what occurred during the inspection that could cause these lights to come on. An appointment was made for 2 days later for them to check the code. I was suspicious of the timing of these lights coming on, so I had it checked elsewhere the next day. They found that the vacuum hose was disconnected under the hood and cleared the code. They said it never should have been touched during a state inspection and mentioned someone else had a similar issue with this Meineke location and there was suspected tampering so the individual would come back and pay more.
