Thank you so much for the amazing service that had me back on the road so quickly! It's so nice to finally have a place to take my car that has reasonable prices and fantastic service. I've waited a very long time for a place like this! Thank you to everyone at Devoted Repairs!
My daughters car needed some work and I was in need of a dependable, trusted mechanic that was going to ACTUALLY DO THE WORK as opposed to ripping me off. Right from the start it was a professional experience. Mike sent me and email of the estimate of what I asked to get done. We brought the car in and he ran a complimentary diagnostic and then Ron called me back with issues that should be addressed. The amount of work the car needed had me taken aback. Ron explained the repairs needed, emailed me the picks of the issues and another estimate. What I appreciated the most was the constant communication between us as to moving forward. We were able to move forward with the work needed and the price was more than fair for the parts and labor. We were able to pick up the car the following day once I gave the go ahead. Most professional experience and I have yet to encounter when dealing with mechanics. I will continue to use Devoted as my primary trusted mechanics.
I love these guys! Being a woman, I find it hard to trust shops at time, but I will definitely be taking my vehicle here from now on.nThey picked up my vehicle from my work and delivered it back to me with no interruptions to my schedule. I was even able to pay online. They pointed out and fixed mistakes that another shop had made, and they gave a fair quote for work that they recommend and/or needs to be done. My favorite part was receiving photo of the issues! Communication and customer service was outstanding.
First time (and now lifetime) customer!!! Called in a panic after getting word my sons car died, had it towed in and the owner (Mike) met the driver outside to give a quick inspection. When I was able to get to the shop, Mike alleviated my stress by letting me know it definitely wasn’t anything major but would get started on the car first thing in the morning. The office was clean and welcoming, Mike was extremely personable and attentive! I received texts the next day explaining the issue with photos as well as a breakdown of cost. I was able to accept the service right from my phone and received notifications that work was being started and completed, received my final invoice and paid instantly, all from my phone! The level of courtesy and convenience is phenomenal! I will most definitely be returning with all 3 of our vehicles and will be recommending Devoted Repairs to everyone going forward! This shop is next level, with so much to offer!
Mike makes you feel like you like a part of the Devoted family as soon as you walk in the door... Honest opinions, and great automotive service at a fair price! They replaced my transmission in my 4×4 Colorado and dealt with the delivery and core return .. They turned a complicated delivery/core return and installation, into a quick seamless process!!
